So This morning I get in the car after doing an OEM WRX pedal swap and lo & behold I get a solid CEL and a flashing Cruise light. The only thing I can think of is it coming from the accelerator wire disconnect. I turned it off and on about 5 times and then it seemed to realize things were ok.
