No worries though...they are cool about mods and have even helped some STI owners in the area with UP/DP ect. I've seen the latter happen too many times when the service department finally takes the car in to do the PDI at the end of the work day and it only gets a cursury going over at best. My wife always reminds me that patience is a virtue that few of us possess (me in particular) so rather than getting on the dealer for screwing up, I now just let them know what is wrong and give them a couple days to tell me how they're going to remedy it. Seems to be working b/c my blood pressure is back down to 90/60 where it should be. They know that they've got a limited window of opportunity to get it resolved to my satisfaction or my "less than satisfied", "fix it now" modis operandi comes out. I did get a brass keychain with the dealer's name and subaru roadside assistance number on it... Oh and I also got 3 paint chips in my rear bumper, and a big rub mark on my door from the salesman.
