CHRISPY
Hi guys, I want to get my G3D3s/ROTA Torques mounted and on the car but dont want to wait for lugs (I'll change them later) Will the stock lugs work for now until I pick up a nicer looking set? I dont want to hold the process just for lugs LOL! Cheers, Chris
edmundu
I believe all Rota wheels need "tuner" style narrow lugs. So I don't think you'll be able to use the stocker's...
coxx
^^ I re-used the stock lugs with rota gr-a "Barack Obama, mothaf#%@a! Barack Obama! I'm the president...of hittin' the ass!" -this is not a political view it's merely a quote from a hilarious tv show.

edmundu
Well, I stand corrected! My SDR's did require the thinwalled lug nuts...
dv8ingvector
stockers don’t work or "work well" with subzeros
nKoan
They work, but they don't work well. I wouldn't go whipping around corners, but normal driving should be okay. With the stock lug nuts on rotas, they'll fit but your lug seat mating surface area isn't too great due to the different chamfers. Eventually you'll want to get aftermarket lugs, but I'd say it'll probably be okay for a few days. LittleBlueGT
I used the tuner lugs c/w bearing on my torques. Decided to keep em hey! Full tune of 68HTA, KSTech 73 MAF, Racer X FMIC and ID1000s................by the DataLog Mafia!!!
CHRISPY
I used the tuner lugs c/w bearing on my torques. Decided to keep em hey! Yup! They were too nice not to put on the car Cheers, Chris
amason
Well, I stand corrected! My SDR's did require the thinwalled lug nuts... Dunno about Torques, but I use stock nuts on my SDR's. I can't use just any socket though, has to be thin enough to fit in the rim. Andy
