"Subaru says while there are no plans to build a car that looks like the B5-TPH (which sits on a modified Legacy platform), some variation of TPH is likely for production, maybe in the Legacy or Forester, by 2007." The new Impreza lineup is supposedly based on a shortened-wheelbase version of the new Legacy chassis . . . doubtful they'd change the Legacy so much after only two years into production . . . but the Impreza (and therefor Forester) are due for chassis overhauls. . . . sounds like we've got the base for those two models. . . . . but then, that's only what I've been hearing for the last year.
