Scooter Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 You talking about the disc surfaces themselves, or the center hub of the brake disc? Nuttin' you can do about the functional disc surface, but if you're talking about rust on the hub portion (I can't recall the correct name for this) you can probably clean that up. On another car I used wire-brush + brake cleaner + caliper paint to make the hub portion nice and pretty, but you want to make sure you son't get any paint on the disc surface. You probably also have rust at the edge of the disc, and I'm not sure if you could paint that as well. Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
