I've noticed that there usually is a car sitting on the previous overpass. I suspect that is their spotter. Drive the route every day, and haven't seen em since Christmas. Yeah, that's the place I was talking about. Been awhile since I've driven that. The cop sits at the median on the northwest corner hidden behind all the cars at the stop light.
