ddavis
I just purchased some 19 inch rims for my legacy and im now looking for a spring to lower it for whenever I put the rims on next week. How much of a drop can a 19in rim on a 225x35x19 tire take? Im considering the h teins or the s teins, but I dont want to end up cutting my tire. Any body have s teins with 19's or the h teins? pics? LzyKid4Life
i think youll be okay with the h techs...I had 18s on there and there was enough space (it looked like) to fit a 19 in there
Boostjunkie
You'll be fine as long as you have the right offset, and 225/35/19 is a sensible choice. IMHO an offset of at least 45mm will keep you in the clear. When I had my 19's I had it dropped lower than S-Techs on coilovers for a while and had enough clearance. ddavis
Ok, my rim I ordered has a 45mm offset on a 19x7.5 rim.
