ssaldana
Is there a way to roll down the rear windows completely? I've never owned a car which did not pull the window down the whole way and was wondering if there was a way to modify it to do just that.
sfmoy
i'm guessing the reason the windows don't roll down "completely" is because the rear wheel well is in the way (sorry, i don't own a L-GT, yet, so this is just an educated guess from looking at the picture above). if that's the case, there's no way the window can be modified to go down all the way. agctr
For the reason above, my current MY01 can not go all the way down, I think u will find the same thing with the current version. Adam.
MSB
This is far down as the rear window will go.

axis008
Hahahaha nice picture. I deleted the original :). It's a shame it doesn't go down all the way, but I guess that's what you get for having a sedan with a short wheelbase. -ben
wunderkind
I believe it's for child safety reasons. pretty much all modern 4dr saloons have 'em for rear windows.

wzhaoca
I've heard the same thing. It's for child safety. My 97 integra has the same thing. Kind of annoying.
Stef
Yah, I always heard it was to make it more difficult for children to take nosedives out the back window. As a pediatrician, I appreciate it, though it is a pain for the well-behaved adults who aren't inclined to test their flying skills.
agctr
Yes agreed, its purely for safety, bit like the child lock on the rear doors as well. Tis to keep the little ones safe! Adam.
