My dealer made it a point to show the switch to me when I bought the car, he said I wouldn't believe how many service calls come in because of it. He even made a stupid rhyme and wouldn't let me drive away until I repeated it back to him. "parking switch is red your battery is dead" or something lame like that. I am glad he had the fore-site to point it out though. That switch needs an LED installed. A very bright one. That blinks. In different colors. And has a small disco ball suspended above it. Good thing for search engines Cleaned my car today, noticed my parking lights were stuck on. I said "WTF?!" repeatedly. Opened internet ready to post, did a search, saved my dignity.
