Bicster
I used some Rain-X Windshield Wax on the rear window today. It's the first time I've tried this product. I used an unopened bottle, but it's been sitting in my hot garage for a few years. There were lots of white, solid, particles that came out ... is that normal? I decided against using it on the other windows for now because a bad Rain-X job can ruin visibility. Someone please let me know if I need to chuck this bottle in the trash and get a new one. forestir
I haven't noticed any solid particles in mine. It's cheap enough that you might wanna just toss it and get a new bottle.

agctr
I too have only used/seen Rain-X Liquid. Great stuff and it shouldnt really be a wax that is hard because u have to polish it so it leaves no lines or streks. Better get yrself a new bottle. Ada///M. Bicster
The Rain-X Windshield Wax is a liquid. http://www.rainx.com/DU/images/pic_p2_f3.jpg I ended up buying some Aquapel on eBay. It sounds like it doesn't have the negatives of Rain-X.
EddieWan
never seen the white solids in my liquid. Only see it once it's dried. Sounds as though yours dried out. Been using the stuff for a while now. Love it.
