They do point you here: web.archive.org/web/20090708044700/http://www.geocities.com/samiam_68/SubaruCCS/SSC_Fix.htm ...which is the latest working version (the later one on Web Archive's timeline is Yahoo's message about all GeoCities sites being dead).
