Trans issue

Hey lads. I have a 2006 Subaru legacy gt spec b with 215xxx kms.  I’ve had an issue where the trans would shift from 1-2 and it would jolt. Then the “at temp oil” light came on. So I had it scanned and it was the valve body that shit itself and stuff. But that was 4k to get it repaired, so I bought a good condition lower ks trans and got that professionally installed with new filter, oil, and gaskets. Now it still has the same issue but this time it won’t shift if you’re in Drive. And if u shift manually then it won’t go past 2nd gear. I had another scan and the codes it gave was P0719 and P0724. Something to do with brake circuit and torque converter. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone know how I can fix it. I don’t wanna spend a shit ton at a shop again. Could the speed sensor be the problem ?
