How common is a Tsk failure?

Hey guys last summer I had my clutch replaced due to a TOB failure. I put in a smfw clutch kit that fit the wrx and 07+ LGT as well as a heavier duty clutch fork. I only put about 7k miles (not hard miles) since and I haven't driven it much at all this year. Well after I decided to back it out of my garage after it sat on ramps for a week it started to squeal only when I push the clutch in. Even just a bit. The noise was a bit quieter this time, last time was louder for sure, but it was indeed the same sound.

 

Is it the TOB again or something else?
