Max Capacity
Looks like I need to order a new DP for the Spec B. This is an Invidia catted Dp that I bought used from a member years ago. I ordered a new Dp from Import Image racing. I see in my account, I order a catted Dp for the wagon from them back in Oct 2018. The new one is $160 more. That cat material has had a price increase. But I still have money left from the two OEM Dp's I recycled Sept 2020. That's more than enough to cover this order. I used some of that money for the Quickjacks, which will be nice in the new garage...once it's finished. You can follow that saga in the Garage Forum down below. Heard back from IIR, my order will ship today. Edited December 10, 2021 by Max Capacity 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). LOL I will not wrap this pipe. My boys keep buying me tools for the garage, and I am not sure if they see me transition to a full time mechanic here. Wife already bought a wall sign "Dad's garage". Welp! At least she told me to buy a kegorator for garage too. I can see this working to reach some work/life balance. 2005 LGT Wagon Limited 6 MT RBP Stage 2 - 248K 2007 B9 Tribeca Limited DGM - 258K SOLD - 2005 OB Limited 5 MT Silver - 245K SOLD - 2010 OB 6 MT Silver - 205K
Pleides
I am so effing thankful there’s little to no use of road salt here on the west coast. Rust is the killer of so many otherwise serviceable cars.
Max Capacity
New Dp showed up today, I think I'll trim the divider before try to install it. Here's the new pipe and the old catless Dp from the wagon a few years back. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). leetdrv
They use salt here on the West Coast. I work at a ski resort, my dedicated winter LGT has underbody surface rust, but not too bad.

I work at a ski resort, my dedicated winter LGT has underbody surface rust, but not too bad. Here in New England, they put chemicals on the roads, as you know. This car doesn't get many Winter driving miles, my 05 GT wagon gets that abuse. The car doesn't look too bad, until you get under it. Most winter weekends the wagon goes to VT for skiing. NORULZleggy
I wrapped from the turbo all the way back to the exhaust under the car. I have a turbo blanket also. I have my intake and few other things wrapped. That being said I drive the car 3 times a months, never in rain or snow.
whitexc
Mine was bought to be the winter beater. It does well (when it runs!) and is fun in the slippery stuff. Fluid film has helped along with regular washes. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
