I was told the box was brand new and the side panels where wrapped in plastic when I received as well as new hardware kit , the top panel however has significant maring , looks like a failed polish job ( I was going to gold wrap or Plasti dip so not a huge issue. The filter itself has seen better days and has rusted out some of the exterior webbing ( they are available for 45 bucks or you can get a K&N cone or similar that will fit , or just clean and rock it. The pipe and maf housing are powder coated black and show minimal signs of rust but it's present. The maf is included unknown condition. I'm trying to be very upfront about the condition as I don't want anyone to be surprised like I was. All that being said it's a high quality and expensive unit new and I'm taking a hit at this price.
