Yamon234 Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 Pulling up to the light before I get home and all of a sudden my cars trying to stall at the light. I gas it around and notice my boost gauge suddenly reads 0psi and im hearing fluttering sounds (compressor surge maybe?) and not getting full boost at all. My boost gauge is T'ed off of the BOV nipple. I checked the lines and all looks good. The blue T is in tact. I removed my gauge from the equation and still have the same problem. No lines are cracked that I can tell. I pulled off the BOV and it still opens if I push on it hard. No signs of rust. Pulled off the intercooler and couldn't find any issues below it. Id love to smoke test it but im supposed to drive across the state tomorrow and dont have a smoke machine handy. Couldn't find or hear any leaks tho. Any and all help is appreciated! xt2005bonbon Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 Did you check the hose which connect to the MAP sensor? I think that's what it is called. It is toward the front of the intake manifold.
