Blue20sport
Is the a way to remoter start for the key fob? If you have the push button start/ stop? I read if you hold the lock button for 5 sec it will start? my car just beeps and flashes the lights? I can use the app on the phone fine but it would be nice to have it on the key fob too? But it the fob battery is lost enough juice not to start the vehicle them you lay the fob against the start button and this will work until you replace the fob battery. If you want to start the vehicle it not to much inconvenience just push the start button [emoji1787] Laughing at Oneself and with Others is good for the Soul. caddygti16v
Only through the phone, no key fob remote start like the older models. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
numerobis
If you have the accessory "remote engine starter" module installed, it comes with 2 remote start fobs. These fobs are bi-directional and have a 400' range. (i.e., they provide feedback when the car starts). Once this accessory is installed, you can also start the engine using the car's original key fob by pressing twice the lock button then pressing it a third time and holding. The car will start (but you're limited with the short range of the key fob and of course there is no feedback).
