2 door sedan

So I have a partially wrecked lgt sedan in my garage. I have to cut it up to recycle it. Before doing so, I thought I'd have a try at some mods.

1. make the rear fenders wider.

the 275/30/17 slicks on the shelf need a new home

2. cut the rear seat section out and make a 2 door

I watch West Coast Customs...how hard could this be?

3. Swap in the 08 sti rear subframe

I have no words for this idiocy. Tired of tripping over it.

Years ago, I took one of the pages on the showroom brochure and folded the page to make the car look like it had only two doors.

Do it.

305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).  CHECK your oil, these cars use it.

Inside stripped except for fuel tank and misc lines. Still need to look underneath and match up mounting points for various things. Ditching the fuel tank seems like a bad idea, but race wagon uses a trunk mounted tank.

The trailing arm mounts about 1/3 into the fuel tank area. Cutting along the back of the "B" pillar hits the rear of the sunroof hole. Still drawing lines trying to find cut points.

got the dreaded security token issue uploading pics. try again another day.
