GearJamr
I've got a 2006 6-speed transmission that came with the shifter linkages and reverse cable not included (cut off is a more accurate term). I can pick up a JDM Spec.B shifter essentially bnib complete with linkage and reverse lockout cable. Would there be any issue in mating these two? As JDM would be right hand drive, would that affect the placement of the linkages on the trans? TIA.
Chocoholic005
You should be fine; the linkage is the same. I believe STI models have a little different linkage in terms of length, but the Spec B should be the same. I'm running a Forester STI linkage in my legacy.
