59ctd Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 I am thinking about trading in my 09 LGT for a 2019 Buick TourX wagon. I guess I'd like something with more room inside. A wagon vs this sedan gives a lot more capacity. I've read many good reviews on the TourX. I really know nothing about Opel or their cars and how they stand up, etc. I think I read somewhere that the engine is a 2.0 turbo made by Saab and that the 8sp trans is not spectacular. I've heard the same about the 5EAT which I think is perfectly fine. Anyways, what are your thoughts on the TourX? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
fedaykin Posted January 21, 2020 Share Posted January 21, 2020 Well, it no Commodore. - Austrian I drove a hire car (sedan), basically Europe's Camry. Decent inside, nothing special, drove fine for daily usage, like a Camry. Can't say that Opel's reliability is the same as Toyota though. It's discontinued, as Opel was sold to the French I believe. No idea on parts availability (thoughts for the future I guess). I too have been contemplating the 'ZB' as a replacement if my gen 5 ever gets written off.
