Northern1
Does the speed you can release the clutch differ from low RPMs and high RPMs (so let's say 3000 vs 5500) or is it all a matter of what gear or is it both? Thanks.
Dishwasher
What's important is that the engine and transmission are spinning at the same speed, youtube "rev matching." As writing out an explanation for that is more trouble than it's worth.
Northern1
Hi thanks, I'm familiar with Rev Matching. More a curiosity about upshifting. Was watching a video where I saw someone quick shifting and releasing the clutch really fast, all at high RPM. As I'm interested in quicker upshifts I was curious if or how much high RPMs make a difference.
