Syzygy05
They should turn off after a few minutes. How long does it stay on?
SubieN8
If you leave the key in the ignition, the lights will not shut off when in Auto mode.

gathermewool
What do you mean there's, "no key in the ignition push button start"? Is it keyless or keyed? Are all of the dash lights and indicators off when this occurs? What does your owner's manual say??? '15 FB25 Magnatec 0W-20 + FU filter (70,517 miles) RSB, Fr. crudzinskas
From the Manual 3-48: The low beam headlights will turn off under any of the following conditions. . 3 minutes have passed since the low beam headlights were illuminated by the welcome lighting function. . 30 seconds have passed since the door is opened and closed.*1 . The light control switch is turned to a position other than “AUTO”. . The locking procedure is performed twice. When performing the unlocking procedure after performing the locking procedure, perform the locking procedure twice again. If the car is off, I have never had the headlights remain on for more than the time I set up using the i/set toggle switch on the steering wheel. You should contact your dealer about this, especially if you are under warranty still.
SubieN8
Did you leave the fob in the car or near it? If so, that may be the issue.

MrCobbs
Try to get out and walk away about 20 feet then press the lock button twice to see if the lights go off. Also while walking away from the car and closing the door, see if you notice a constant beep and that all doors and the trunk is actually closed completely. Syzygy05
I've also sat in the car after turning the engine off and headlights on. They usually turn off within 3 minutes. I'll test it today and let you know what happens and what I did.
