Old family recipe: layer thin sliced cooked potatoes, sliced hard boiled eggs, ham chunks, mixture of sour cream/cottage cheese/ricotta. All the meat pretty much tastes the same and is not cooked well. If I’m eating steak, give me a good piece of meat that is cooked properly, not meat on a stick that goes around tables like a whore giving out cheap lap dances.
