Just not exactly sure where my GFB DV valve is going since the turbo is under the front. And the fact that I've never don't this before. Is this section the right area? Sarang Posted November 3, 2018 Share Posted November 3, 2018 It's on the top of that black intake tube going in to the turbo. It connects to the charge pipe just above the outlet of the turbo. I would access it from the top. Remove the one radiator fan to make room. Somebody did an install thread on here somewhere, I didn't come up with that myself. cww516 Posted November 3, 2018 Share Posted November 3, 2018 Yep, there's plenty of room to get in from the top, just pull the passenger's side fan out first. I do seem to recall something being easier from below, although I had the flexy pipe out trying to replace it with other things in order to get a Synapse DV to fit the stock location (which didn't work). I feel like there's much less lag than before. The install sucked though for sure. As far as the preload setting goes, I found this video useful.
