Got in the car, the outside temp showed 76 F but ion reality the temp outside was in the low 90's. It soon rectified the temp and I equated it to the tech installing the radio and the temp had to re-calibrate. Today, all day, the outside temp gauge has been at 76 F. The current temp is 92 outside.
