KingDebo Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Thinking about buying my brothers GT for between 3K-4K it’s got a upgraded Turbo along with a few issues such as rust on the upper windshield and lower side. The rear driver door won’t open from the inside an has one other with a window not rolling down. It’s got roughly 15x,xxx miles. Should I check anything before I jump on it? Not to familiar with Subaru’s , I eventually wanna get mid 300 or low 400 horsepower out of it, I’m just wondering if there might be anything i need really look at if I do decide grab it. Notorious Posted September 4, 2018 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Get a compression and leak down test. Has it been tuned with the new turbo? If not I’d be worried.
