steveande
Awhile back my driver’s side window quit working. It had been hesitating for awhile... as in, I press the switch, nothing happens for .5-1 sec, then it goes down. Then it just stopped working. I pressed it A LOT of times hoping something would magically change, but no dice. I figured it was a motor and made it through winter, thinking I’d worry about it later. Well, one day months later, something magical DID happen and it started working again! Yay! But alas, now, more months later, it is once again dead. When I push the button, it makes a relay-ish clicking sound, and sounds different than any of the other buttons (I engaged the window lock so there’s no noise other than the button). Any ideas? Is there a relay in there that could possibly be bad? Where do I start?? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
DeltaSniper
Your battery terminals connections might be too tight, dont know why but that always has been the case for me when I encountered that problem...
Falcor
It is possibly the window switch. The one in my GT acts up ever-so-often. I have held off since it is around $100. I did take the switch apart a few months ago to see if I could fix it. Couldn't find anything wrong though. You might keep an eye out for a wrecked 5th Gen and get the switch cheaper.
