Stabilizer bar bushings

Recommended Posts

I have been looking to replace my mushed out stabilizer bar bushings and having a tough time finding stuff for the stock set up.

I did find these AVO bushings, but they are out of stock everywhere.

https://www.maperformance.com/products/avo-front-sway-bar-bushings-for-23mm-stabilizer-bar-10-13-subaru-legacy-gt-s1x10m1gv023t

I contacted maperformance and they said the bushings are special order and they are able to get them, but will take a couple of weeks to get them in.

Just putting this out there if anyone wants a set and wants to get in on the stock order when I order mine?

I guess if anyone knows if these will or won't fit my Leggy, that would be appreciated as well.

Go with CKE SSP bushings. They're molded directly from OEM bushings so they're literally perfect OEM fit, but are a stiffer durometer urethane, and he has several durometers available to chose from. Covers tons of OEM Subaru sizes too. Available on ebay, the maker of them is also a member here (traildogck I believe it is). If you're still on stock sway bars, you need 24mm front and 16 mm rear, I'll put links to his below. Also if you ever decide to upgrade to the larger OEM bars (26mm FSB from 2013 Legacy and 20mm RSB from 15+ STI), he offers bushings for those as well. Pretty much any OEM sway bar bushing design is available. Really excellent product, huge improvement in feel.

Thanks Humble!

And that's a shinning example of why this place is so awesome!

I'm also going to buy some new end links, you got anything for those? I was just looking at the Perrin polyurethane links because I'm not so sure about those OEM Moog links.

I just ordered an OEM 26mm front sway bar and the CKE SSP for it. I am excited to get them. But I am also debating on front sway bar links. I would like to know if there is anything better than OEM or Moog.

Rallitek or SuperPro for 2015+ WRX, but ideally just stick with Moogs and call it a day.

In the back, SuperPro or also Moogs.

Whatever you do - do not get any adjustable end-links, anything requiring shims, anything M10 (5th gen 3.6Rs use M12 bolts), none of the special designs you see from many typical names. OE/OE-like is ideal.

I will say, the Moogs I got that were listed specific from the 10-14 Legacy did come with M12 bolts, same as the 15 STI Moogs as well.
