I did it on my 3.0R. Next time I will be paying someone. Its not all the difficult if you have small hands and patience. It took me forever to be able to get the coil packs off the back 2 spark plugs.

Get yourself a 1/4" and 3/8" ratcheting long handle wrench like this:

and ratcheting wrenches like these:

And a set of short extensions so you can piece together the right length while the plug socket is in the cylinder. And get a good magnetic spark plug socket. If you are having issues with the coil pack rotate them after loosening the 12mm retention bolt.
