I hear a weird noise from under the dash (behind the radio/A/C Controls). It's kind of like a motor/relay or something shutting down. I have also noticed it does it with or without starting the engine. Engine Cold or at Operating Temp Attached is a sound recording of it. If someone can tell me how to attach it. I don't see a way.
