AC runs a 20 second on/20 second off loop

My 05 LGT wagon’s AC blows cold for 20 seconds, then off for 20 seconds in a constant loop. Not the fan; just the cold air. New condenser, full charge, all seals good. Been to two dealers asking if this is normal, but can’t get a straight answer. Lots of ‘05’s on here...does anyone else have this condition? If it’s designed that way, then fine. But I f something is wrong , I’d like to fix it. I thought maybe it was a temp sensor, but it doesn’t matter what the temp is set to. Fresh or recirculate, parked or driving, fan speed; nothing seems to change it. And I don’t feel the compressor cycle at the 20 second interval, just the coldness of the air from the vents. Never had a car do this.

Cooling off...warming up...cooling off...warming up. Very odd.
