garygbnj Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 2010 lgt with oem radio with sirius option. Phone is a motorola g4 play. Had the phone for about 2 yrs. Past couple of months the pairing with my radio is lost. I can re-pair it but it happens again. The dealer had me delete the pairing in the car and the phone and start from scratch. Worked for about 5-7 days and then the pairing was lost. I re-paired it but how can I stop the loss of pairing? No one seems to have answer. Thanks. garygbnj Posted April 2, 2018 Author Share Posted April 2, 2018 Spoke with 3 dealers. One had me delete the phone from the radio and delete the radio from the phone and start over. Did not help. All 3 dealers agreed that the latest blue tooth technology and the radio's blue tooth technology are age incompatible. They all stated that there needs to have an updated re-programming of the radio but there is none from Subaru or the radio manufacturer.
