robburns201
Was wondering if anyone has knowledge on the below link for engine builds? How are Teflon pistons? Do they take away ring land failed? Max Capacity
I see they are a long shipping distance from you. The coating is just to help friction reduction. The tune is what saves the pistons from cracking. Looks like a good price though for all that. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Engine Build - Click Here

Max Capacity
By the time you pay for a core, ship it...how close is that to the price of a new OEM ej257... Most local dealers now day's sell the ej257 at a discount. Check your local dealer or ask Benny here post 175, http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/oem-online-subaru-parts-vendors-list-42243p5.html 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. Max Capacity
You don't need pistons unless your looking for big HP. What are your HP goals ? My stock ej257 runs great at nearly 98,000 miles at 21psi on the dyno. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).
