covertrussian
Care to share what brand hose? Or where you bought it from? I had it laying around my garage from a previous turbo car project that I bought. Sadly the previous owner of that turbosetup did all the purchasing, so no idea where it originally came from. Here is the picture of what it looks like though, compared to my stock one http://legacygt.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=260886&d=1516285026 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK
2_Liter_Turbo
Well, the steering wheel of the car when I got it was a bit haggard: http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018-01-20_SpecB_02.jpg So I ordered a new one from Subaru, so now it's awesome: http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018-01-20_SpecB_01.jpg Oh, and I did my first "Mod".... LOL (Still need to figure out where to mount it) http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018-01-20_SpecB_03.jpg
covertrussian
I wonder if I could retrofit that steering wheel with controls into the 05 and make them work with aftermarket head unit What are the right side buttons do? 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK

covertrussian
Ahh! My 2012 has all music buttons on left (volume and next track), and all the cruise control buttons on right. Since yours still has a cruise control stick wasn't sure what the rest where for . 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK

2_Liter_Turbo
Decided to throw on a cheap ebay lip for now until I can find/afford the JDM stuff, lol. http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018_01-27_SpecB_01.jpg http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018_01-27_SpecB_02.jpg http://www.2literturbo.com/Forum%20Images/SpecB/2018_01-27_SpecB_03.jpg
covertrussian
Looks good! One side benefit I saw with my lip install, car became more stable on the highway. Which surprised me because the Legacy was already pretty stable as is. 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK
JohnnyWas
The beauty of the eBay lip is that when I invariably break them, they're always ~$75 or so to replace. Honestly nervous AF to have a proper OEM STi lip. If I break it, I wont find another

shinjyo
Subscribed! I am very similar to you. I got my 07 Spec B last summer. Drove 1000 miles back to CA from CO. Mine has 90k miles on it. I went thru several major items already. More than what I had expected but I love this baby. This is my second Subaru so I know little bit about the EJ engine. I will start my thread soon. plboard
Love the build so far man! I got an 07 as well that's almost identical to yours except no spoiler and I got mud flaps from the dealer. 2_Liter_Turbo
Well, it's been awhile, but I have a decent update! Got a different set of wheels for everyday use (Kosei wheels are for track only now). Picked up a set of beat up Volk CE28Ns in Silver for cheap and fully restored them and powder coated them matte gunmetal blue. They are 18x8.5 +44 offset. Threw some cheap 235/40/18 federals on them just for DD use so I'm not tempted to track them, LOL. Also installed some fortune auto 500 coils along with about everything from whiteline, lol. Only have some exterior shots at the moment, but I'll post more suspension pics when I finish taking them! Still need to dial in the alignment a bit more and corner balance the car (I have scales). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-28-18_LGTspecB_Web_01.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-28-18_LGTspecB_Web_02.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-28-18_LGTspecB_Web_03.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-28-18_LGTspecB_Web_04.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-28-18_LGTspecB_Web_05.jpg
Gabo
Your Spec B looks so much cleaner than mine! Same year, same color. I'll eventually start my own thread to document the history of the car. Right now its out of commission pending I can punch enough time in my schedule to remove the intake manifold and replace the broken oem oil feed line, remove the air pump and block it off, swap the Socal Porting Stage 3 VF52 with a Blouch 1.5 XT-R (10CM), install the Tarmac T1 Coilovers and whiteline rear camber arms. Remove front arms and get all the bushings replaced with whiteline counterparts and then get Delicious tuning to re-tune the car.

2_Liter_Turbo
I got the pictures of underneath the car uploaded now (with undertray removed of course). If anyone has recommendations for a solid aftermarket front undertray (would prefer something that's more aerodynamic than just a skid plate), I'm open for suggestion. Subtle rear diffusers as well. Not going for a pure time attack race car here, but I do take the car to the track when my actual race car is down, so anything extra grip does help, but it's still a street car, LOL. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-25-18_LGTspecB_Suspension_Web_01.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-25-18_LGTspecB_Suspension_Web_02.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v689/93s13/07%20SpecB/08-25-18_LGTspecB_Suspension_Web_03.jpg
