I've always been a big fan of having to be a new member for a certain amount of time / post count before posting in classifieds, even if it's a PITA for me right now, ha ha. I've ran forums in the past (currently a MOD on one still), and it gets old when the classifieds get FLOODED with 1 post wonders. I think tech sections should have this as well personally.
