Which explains everything. On the 4EAT drivers side bellhousing back a bit there's an adjuster and lock nut. Ours was shifting VERY hard from 1-2 and 3-4. I don't really know a dang thing about auto transmissions so I kind of assumed it was either going out or needed a flush. Turns out the band was clamped dang near ALL the way to it's tightest setting. Hoping replacing this fixes her right up. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
