au_liberty
Driving home from work over the past week I have spotted and cruised with some fellow 6gen Liberty owners, however I have become increasingly envious of the blind spot alerts I am seeing in their side mirrors. I wonder where the sensor is located for these blind spot detectors? Would a retrofit be difficult? Does anyone have experience with this? PATS4LIFE
I believe the sensors are behind the rear bumpers on each corners.
andrew_l_s
Sensors are in the back corners of the rear number. I assume it's integrated with the vehicle electronics and can't be added after the fact but not sure. The Grey Goose
Agree with Andrew. There's another member on here trying to get his car to beep when it locks and unlocks, and that is turning out to be a huge task. Granted, with enough time, money, and effort anything is possible, but this isn't worth considering IMO.
