oconnor Posted May 5, 2017 Share Posted May 5, 2017 05 LGT wagon Auto trans. The prop shaft needs to be replaced, is there an alternative to a new Subaru shaft. Dorman makes one but have seen nothing but bad reviews so not interested in going that direction. The driveshaft shop makes one piece shafts for WRX any one ever had one made for LGT? JmP's sticky about various parts, up top has info too. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. freaksavior Posted May 5, 2017 Share Posted May 5, 2017 I would do one of two things. A) Find a driveline shop; I'm sure they can make you one. If you were near Houston, i'd have a recommendation too. B) What Max said. Find the part number or call your dealer to get an OEM unit and call it a day.
