au_liberty
I have been testing different LEDs in my fogs and the first cheap set of bulbs were way to blue and not bright at all. I was so disappointed. I am guessing they were perhaps 8k+. I then ordered some projector style H16s at 6k temp as apparently it is pure white. When I have hooked them up they are really nice and bright and white, however they seem to still be a little cooler than the stock. I guess I should be aiming for 5k or less maybe even? Anyone have any advice around this? Sent from my SM-N920I using Tapatalk

andrew_l_s
You guys down under get LED headlights correct? If so, the LEDs Subaru uses are definitely 5000k. The color temp of the headlights on my mom's Forester is visually identical to that of my Diode Dynamics fogs which are 5000k.
