  1. Ok? Put gas in car and drive away with a properly sealed gas cap. There is no issue here
  2. The spotify stuff is like a strip on the top screen above the car play while google maps is in use. I don’t know how to get anything to show on the bottom half. Not sure how to bluetooth while CarPlay is on since the phone is plugged in.
  3. I took delivery of a 2020 XT Touring on 11/22. I am coming from a 2016 legacy limited 2.5. Let me tell you that all of my needs from the last generation have been solved: Cooled seats Heated steering wheel Auto fold mirrors Dual exhaust Turbo The infotainment system is cool but here are my complaints about the system itself and the center console- System: with apple play loaded, it only uses half of the top screen and the bottom half stays on audio options such as selecting bluetooth, FM, AM, etc. so it’s basically a blank screen on the bottom half as I use spotify 100% of the time. Console: The space underneath the infotainment has an aux cable and 2 usb ports with a little cubby for your crap. The usb ports are a PITA to access and I find myself needing to move the shifter to drive to have more space. The cubby is essentially pointless unless you’re storing something you do not need. Other comments: I upgraded my Starlink package for $75 for 3 years (I am leasing) and that gives me remote start with no maximum distance as it’s all worked thru the MySubaru app. The app allows me to auto start with a delay or not and I can control temperature, driver and passenger heated seats, fan speed, front and rear defrost, and fan placement (head and feet, feet, etc). The beauty of this new rangeless autostart is that the car does not shut off when you get in. You simply depress the brake and press the ignition and you are ready to go. But you are essentially taking the car out of the auto-stop shutoff, so you don’t hear a crank or anything. Overall this car is such a better model than the 6th gen and I am super stoked to have one of the first XT Touring’s in IL. I have a magnetite gray exterior with the sierra tan nappa leather. It looks great together and makes this car really feel a lot more luxurious.
  4. Yeah, about 4.5% off, I get that. I just had no idea where the 225/55/17 talk came into play
  5. Not sure if I follow you. This is a limited model with the stock goodyears; 225/50/18. Never had anything smaller than 18s on here. The tire I plan on changing to, 245/40, if I am thinking correctly, is what most people run on 18x8.5’s
  6. Not planning on getting rid of the leggy until 95k (41k as of now). Many cars will come out by then but as of now I want a newer RS5. V6 twin turbo in that light blue or dark green [emoji1786]
  7. These are the stock 225/50/18. I plan on changing to something like 245/40 once these are worn. I’ve had a dedicated winter set since new and only 40k miles have been split between two sets of tires for a little over 3 years. Have quite a bit of life left
  8. Took longer to type this question than to change the bulb. Pop off the clear cover of the light and pull bulb out
  9. I have my original struts off of my limited somewhere with ~25k. The limited model uses stablex suspension so it’s a tad better of a ride than the other trims
  10. Been running this setup for almost a year now. I don’t remember but am running either .75 or 1 turn all the way around on the konis. Ride is great and smooth, no odd sounds or creaks. The car feels a lot more reactive from what I remember. Definitely the best mod I have done to the car and worth it to enjoy driving Would be interested in riding in a stock 6 gen to see the difference
  11. Did mine the same way back when I bought it March 2016. Centered and drilled into the bumper is no thank you. It’s a tax stamp that IMO looks more aesthetically pleasing where we have it
  12. Yep yep. They will include everything that needs changed. If it didn’t come with something, that means you are fine to stick with the OEM pieces. I did not need to buy anything else. If you are adding Eibach springs I would plan on bringing the tophat, springs, and strut with koni insert for the fronts ONLY to a shop to have them put it together. The rental macpherson at autozone will not compress it enough. Rears are a cakewalk though. My buddy at a shop had to max his machine out to get the fronts together. I hope to never have to take them off as compressing that much will be terrifying lol
