Legacydriver2015 Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 I am installing the OEM fog light kit to my 2015 Legacy. Everything went well until I came to the instruction sheet that is #10. it says to remove the data link connector and release the hook. Has anyone had some experience doing this as I cannot see how to remove the data link connector and I don't see any hook. I want to install the fog light switch in the IP panel. The Grey Goose Posted March 25, 2017 Share Posted March 25, 2017 So I just went out and looked at my car to better be able to help you. There are three little hooks that are holding that lower piece in place. Just unclip those three, and the lower piece will just rest on the ground with the OBDII port still attached. You can leave it there (you don't need to fully remove it) or you can unclip the OBDII port. To do that, you'll see that on the two short sides of the port, there are two little clips.
