ProZachPGA
Ok. My shields are up...because I'm sure this has been answered SOMEWHERE in the forums before and I know I'm gonna get harassed. I apologize for repeating, but it's VERY difficult to find any answers because the one piece you are looking for has since been buried by a bunch of sidebar nonsense that doesn't relate to the post. Ok.... My Car: 05 LGT Lim. 5MT 80k mi. As as stock as stock can be. My issue: Continual pop/knock from front end when turning sharp (>45°) either way, left or right. This ONLY happens after I've been driving a while and is noticeable only at low speed. Key word: noticeable The thing is, even when I turn, sharply and slowly, out of my driveway at 6a to go to work it doesn't happen....BUT 30 min later, after doing 75 down the Parkway for 25mi, it inevitably happens when I get to work and make THE SAME STYLE/SEVERE TURN into the parking lot. Or even a parking spot. There it goes....POP...POP...POP POP POP....POP. There is also a bad vibration from the right (?) front tire at interstate speeds. Could be unrelated. Help. Please. Enlight
If it's a repeating sound like the "pop pop pop" you said it sounds likes it could be your CV joint. If it's intermittent, like when going over irregular surfaces then I would say it's a bushing - but in this case it's not. Have you gotten under it and taken a look? See if your boots are torn. Your car is 11 years old now, others' CV joints have gone a lot sooner. Similar Topics P.S. Using the "search title" function is a good way to filter out nonsense. Also, typing in Google "site:legacygt.com [your search terms]" usually yields good results without taxing the forum's servers. Bessie II

I have done lots and lots of reading but, like usual, can't find anything the nails it down for me. Anything from Center Diff to CVs. Plus, I'm not a Gear Head, more of a driver. I appreciate your input. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

ProZachPGA
Think I found the culprit... don't see a definite tear but it looks as though the liquid is coming from there http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161217/d5fcbdebe9d09a9d9966a834f57c865d.jpg Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
