TheTurboRook
Just bought and installed a new Cobb SR intake system on my 08 LGT today. I'm driving it around and don't like it at all. Instead of an awesome intake sound, all I hear is the air in the turbo. It's really loud and, IMO, annoying sounding. Is that how it's supposed to sound? I guess some people might think that sounds awesome but not for me. Iso there any way of modifying it so you don't hear the turbo as much. Or am I just a dork that doesn't like the turbo sound

The reason people get intakes on these cars is to hear wooshy turbo noises. You don't get an intake growl like on an old carbureted car. Also, this is the picture section. So to keep it relevant here's a picture of my engine bay with the GS intake. 2005 Vader Wagon Material Tests on Ringland Failure Piston I should have held off and purchased a wagon instead of the spec.B
