Ellesedil
There was a thread on that already somewhere... but I can't find it. Apparently, the Honda Pilot driver was supposedly going to be charged for not moving over. Both drivers were idiots, really.
GTEASER
Yep, I couldn't find it either but there was a thread. Someone on here knew the guy and IIRC said he was an idiot. jwag74
Way more fault on the Honda. Brake checking someone is usually considered reckless driving, especially when it's on video. Honestly though the right lane was open, just pass them on the right, give them the stink eye and move on with your life. It's not worth getting in a dick swinging contest after the first brake check.
MasAyinde
If someone brake checks me in a Honda Pilot, I'm getting in front of them. Not tailgating them again.
LatentWagen
Honda guy = douche, Subaru guy = idiot. Combine the two and it's a predictable outcome. What a poor handling car. Lift-throttle oversteer; any Subaru with a rear sway-bar will do that. That LGT driver is at fault for over-correcting. And for not moving on with his life after the first check. Part-out time! Penguin
I'm thinking it was oversteer due to weight transfer under heavy braking and then attempting an evasive manoeuvre. My old LGT didn't have the most composed chassis, and displayed more brake dive than I liked. At any rate the guy was a moron. Stop tailgating, or use the other lane to pass. The Honda driver is a typical Honda driver....oblivious to rules of the road, common courtesy, or common sense.
