whitetiger Posted June 23, 2016 Share Posted June 23, 2016 if you are right about the noise coming from the bearing, odds are its gone bad. i dont see any harm putting dome more fluid in, but then dont be surprised if it comes out of the vent hose and you have a mess on your hands. FWIW, overfilling the engine oil a little is not to bad either in these cars...it will use it soon enough...LOL 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs.
