EZ30 catch can setup

I'm going to be putting a catch can setup on my 09 legacy 3.0r and just wanted to make sure I was plumbing everything correctly. There are two breathers on the driver valve cover the one closest to the front of the engine goes to the resonator before the throttle body and the second closer to the back of the engine goes to the intake manifold. I was planning on using 2 catch cans and running one between each of these ports so that the systems stay separate. Is this correct? Thanks!
