New radiator options.

Recommended Posts

The top plastic piece of my radiator has developed a hairline crack. It is weeping when the car gets up to operating temperature and running. I have patched it and I am looking at replacement options. I'd like to order something A.S.A.P to avoid the leak getting worse/tank rupturing. I'm currently stage 2, but I really don't need anything other than an aftermarket OEM replacement. I had read that the 08+ WRX radiators work for the MT cars. Is this accurate? Im looking it this one:

Has anyone had tried this one? Is it a direct fit?

PM Underdog and have him get you one that we know works. I got my Mishimoto from him. I got the big one, but they make a OEM replacement too. He has good pricing too.

You can also check out JmP's sticky up top, for various parts that work. Lots of good info there.

Just for information I have a beautiful Mishimoto aluminium radiator in my 06 LGT. It's for a manual only 2008-2011 WRX and it fits pretty well. Just check the clearances around the PS pulley and the stock radiator fans. I love the thing and the lifetime warranty too.

That Koyo is beautiful too.

Did you end up installing the 1" or getting the 3/4"?
