TylerHartman Posted January 8, 2017 Author Share Posted January 8, 2017 (Update) Been starting it up for a few mins here and there letting it idle, it's starting up at about 1,500rpm or so at cold start then idles up to 2,000 then kicks down to 1,200. I feel like my CEL's and vac leak are causing this. I need to read CEL's tomorrow but I should have one for TGV's, one for Catless.  I don't want to let it run Open downpipe too long, it's so loud my aunt and uncle that live down the road, actually heard it running lol.  I managed to drain 6-7 Gallons of the old gas out, Got 10 Gallons of BP 93 Octane in there along with a brand new fuel filter. My goals are to clean out the tank as much as possible over the next few months since I plan to be running E85 at some point.  I also managed to grab a JDM BG steering wheel shroud Boost gauge, it'll be a few months till I have it tho.  Also grabbed a VF48 but I'm trying to sell it as Jumped the gun on that.  Waiting on a Tatrix OpenPort 2.0 cable, My Busted finger cable doesn't work with ECU Flash I have 11 Codes total, half are TGV Related, Front O2 A/F, EVAP, TPS   Check list for the car  WRX Throttle cable (Done) Power Steering return rubber line (Done) Hoodscoop shroud finish interior fill rear diff (Done) check all subframe bolts etc with TQ Wrench modify eBay exhaust Change oil after it's been running for a few hours Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Would be a nice upgrade and might be cheaper than a VF turbo I ended up selling that VF48 I bought and ended up making a few bucks in the process so win? haha I'll probably just run this TD04HL for a bit, Goal is 1000C Injectors, Turbosmart 40MM EWG, EBCS in the next few weeks then get tuned for that. Considering doing a FPR and rails while I'm at it but We'll see about that.. Already have a Heat Wrapped Catless DP, EWG Up pipe(Blocked off till I get the EWG), 14' STI TMIC, Tomei Turbo Inlet, TGV Delete, Walbro 255LPH, 3" Exhaust  Then Pickup something that could run well on EJ22/EJ25 Block later on, No idea yet..   ^ that's what I thought no wonder they are so expensive.
