sasha.de.graaff
As mentioned in the title, I have recently purchased a legacy 2.0D boxer diesel. It was after the fact that I heard from a apprentice that the crankshaft of this engine is prone to failure, due to a defect in manufacturing. I've been looking around the Internet whether the 2009 model has these problems or not, but I can't find anything about when they corrected this. I must say I don't know where to look so it might be a very obvious answer. I imagine subaru has an official site where they list all the problems with a certain car. Can someone please guide me where to look? Or if someone knows the answer, enlighten me. Sasha de Graaff Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
DonnyJagaru
Hmmm....kinda quiet. I'm guessing 'cuz most users on this forum are in the Americas where Subaru doesn't market the diesel Outback/Legacy. Somewhat remarkable given the type of buyers of these vehicles.
