cyked
With the Subaru fluid in there its a little clunky until it warms up but never make any grinding noise. Clunky would be a better way to describe the 2nd gear upshift when I first leave. And again, this is a car in the garage, and at this point its not that cold out in the mornings here. Its probably closer to 55 or so in the garage at night. 3rd does it sometimes. Its not a grind where you shifting really fast and let off the clutch before getting it into gear. Clunky, as you said, would be more descriptive, like a jumble in the gear. No so much a nice but definitely felt on the stick shift. Clutch is fully depressed. I don't know that I'll go with the Motul, but I'm fairly certain they didn't put subby fluid in with this transmission. On the shops recommendation, I'm just driving and enjoying the car. If the 2nd gear clunk doesn't change or gets worse I'll give them a call for their thought. Luckily I'm covered for 12 months/12k miles.
